You can mix and match titles to get the discounts. Complete our order form, which you can return by mail or fax. 3-9 copies = 30% 10-49 copies = 40% 50+ copies = 42% Payment We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Shipping Charges Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. We charge $8.95 for a single book that is shipped within the 50 United States. Shipping costs for two or more books, as well as orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States, are determined by zone, weight, and shipping method. Sales Tax in California We charge sales tax according to the county in which you live, unless you have a resale number. We do not charge sales tax outside of California.
